Shorty pierced our 7 year old daughter's ears and they came out beautifully. The whole experience was very easy and positive. Shorty explained the process to our daughter and prepared her by showing her how to breathe to help manage any discomfort. Shorty's license is on display and she also shared that she used to be an RN, which made me feel like our daughter was in great hands. As others have posted the shop is very clean. We witnessed Shorty open a freshly packaged needle and sterilize it along with our daughter's ears and jewelry, all things you would expect but don't necessarily see depending on where you go. The other employees were friendly and welcoming on our way into and out of the shop. Overall wonderful experience for our 7 year old, who is thrilled to finally have her ears pierced.

This place was super nice and clean inside! Really friendly staff too. I personally asked for Shorty(Amber) since she's done piercings for me before--she's amazing. Pricing is also super reasonable. Can't go wrong
